Ingredients
- 1 pound fettuccine pasta
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine
according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly until it starts to
simmer.

Add the Parmesan cheese gradually, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing gently to coat the
pasta with the sauce.

Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with chopped
parsley.
